Sundays fire at Sydney Olympic Park is believed to have started from a discarded cigarette butt. The fire destroyed 47 cars, damaged 33 and forced 500 people to evacuate the area with firefighters stating they had never seen anything like it. During a total fire ban its illegal to smoke outdoors however, as smokers are also banned from smoking indoors at all times where are they to smoke?
