Professor Linda Bauld talks to ecancertv about the impact of eCigarettes on cancer. Although there is a lot of fear mongering, evidence shows eCigarettes are significantly less harmful than traditional cigarettes.

Professor Bauld says the use of eCigarettes among smokers should be encouraged and the suggestion of legislation banning the use of eCigarettes in public places has more negative impacts such as sending the message that they present similar dangers as burning cigarettes do. Professor Bauld does iterate that further research on the long-term effects of vaping is needed. Watch the video here.
