      VG Heavy Vape Liquid

Liberty Flights VG heavy XO-branded e-liquids are a 75% VG ratio.

For vapers who prefer a higher VG (vegetable glycerin) e-liquid base or those who are looking for more plumes of vapour or if you are using sub-ohm e-cigarettes. Liberty Flights range of XO brand heavy VG e-juices come in a range of low nicotine strengths and flavours.

Liberty Flights recognise the great advances in hardware that are available in the current market. As a result, many vapers are moving to sub-ohm devices, which in turn requires VG (vegetable glycerin) heavy e-liquid (VG - 75% base), as well as lower nicotine concentrations.

What does a heavier VG e-liquid give you versus a 50-50 PG-VG ratio or higher PG ratio?

Well, firstly a higher VG ratio e-liquid has a higher viscosity (thicker liquid). VG heavy e-liquids also tend to suit vapers who have allergic irritations/reactions to propylene glycol.

The flavour intensity and throat hit can be less than PG but with adjustable third generation vaping e-cigarettes you can make adjustments on your device to change the intensity of the throat hit and also the vapour density. The wick absorption rate for VG heavy liquids is also slower so please allow time for your device’s wick to fully absorb the e-liquid before you turn on your device.

Higher based vegetable glycerin e-liquids while they produce greater volumes of vapour they can tend to create a build-up of residue in clearomizers/tanks and therefore your device may need cleaning more regularly.

      What is VG?

VG is vegetable glycerin, it’s a natural chemical derived from plant oils. VG actually has a slightly sweet taste to it and the throat hit smoother than a regular mix of a 50-50 VG/PG ratio e-liquid. That’s said a 50-50 ratio of PG/VG does give a good balance of throat hit and flavour along with good vapour production.

      Key points about VG e-liquid

      • The throat hit is less intense than a higher PG based e-liquid VG e-liquid will, therefore, give you a smoother vape on the inhale.
      • Loads more vapour – if you want clouds VG will help deliver them.
      • If you have irritations to PG (propylene glycol) then VG heavy e-liquid is the way to go.

Tip: please remember to ensure you allow your e-cig wick to fully coat and absorb your VG e-liquid before vaping to ensure you don’t get any unpleasant dry burnt hits.
